The NBA is back – and so is “Squirrel Patrol’s Nuts & Bolts,” now crossing over from the NFL gridiron to the NBA hardwood. I’ll be dropping daily Nuts & Bolts breakdowns Monday -Thursday through at least February, all at no additional cost with your 4for4 DFS subscription.
We tip off the new season with a compact two-game Opening Night slate, starting at 7:30 PM ET as the Rockets visit the NBA champion OKC Thunder (-6.5, 227.5), followed by the Golden State Warriors (-2.5, 226.5) heading to Los Angeles to take on the Lakers.
It’s a perfect DFS appetizer – four playoff-caliber teams, two competitive spreads, and plenty of rotation uncertainty to exploit. Jalen Williams remains sidelined for Oklahoma City as he recovers from offseason wrist surgery, while the Lakers will be without LeBron James due to sciatica.
