Fantasy Football Tight End Streaming Week 12: Open the Barn Doors

Coming out of a down week for tight end scoring across the league, we’ve got four teams on bye with the fantasy playoffs right at the horizon. Twenty-three players at the position are now rostered in over 40% of leagues, but there are a couple of legitimate options re-joining their respective teams over the next week or two, which will help expand our pool of options. There is still value to be found if we dig into usage trends, route participation, and 4for4’s schedule-adjusted fantasy points allowed (aFPA). Let’s sort through the remaining options and find a few matchups worth targeting for Week 12.

Week 11 Recap

Although we technically had three TE1s out of our streaming options last week, no one really ended up helping you win your matchup. That’s because only six tight ends league-wide had double-digit fantasy points, and on a week with only two teams on bye, that’s miserable. Luckily, one of those double-digit scorers was on our list of targets, but all of the others (McBride/Kittle/Kelce/Andrews/Bowers) were way out of streaming range. Let’s hope we find someone who finds the end zone in this week’s edition.
