Fantasy Football Defense Streaming Week 10: Back to the Well with Seattle
We’ve all been there. You’re sitting in your draft, and someone reaches for a defense way too early. Defenses are notoriously tricky to project year-over-year. Some of the best fantasy defenses of the last decade have turned in performances where they benefited from turnover luck one year and ran dry the next. When drafting, I treat the D/ST spot on my roster as a revolving door, and I’m specifically drafting for Week 1 or the first few weeks of the season.
As we work our way through the season, this article will serve as a place to identify streaming options. The only criterion is that the teams we discuss are rostered in less than 40% of leagues on Yahoo or ESPN.

Week 9 Recap
Our top defense was the Atlanta Falcons, who scored nine fantasy points en route to their D/ST9 finish in Week 9. They tallied four sacks, two fumble recoveries, and even managed to record a safety. The Raiders did even better as our second pick, finishing at D/ST4 with eight sacks and two interceptions. Even our final pick, the Patriots, finished up at D/ST11 with three sacks, a pick, and a fumble recovery. This was one of our best showings of the season thus far and officially gets us into the Top 12 of D/ST scoring on the year.
