2021 Mayakoba Championship Preview

The PGA Tour heads to the beautiful Mexican resort town of Playa del Carmen and to one of the more underrated annual golf courses, El Camaleon. Architect Greg Norman built the course to naturally fit into the existing landscape, which includes jungle, mangrove wetlands and the scenic coastal beachfront. The fall “Swing” season typically does not attract the big-name players. That definitely changes with this year’s Mayakoba Championship as nine of the world’s top-25 players will be participating in what is, without a doubt, the strongest field ever to gather here.
