Week 17 vs. New York Jets

Elijah Moore gets to face his former team as the Browns take on the Jets. Things just never worked out in New York but a change of scenery hasn’t completely worked yet either for Moore, who has reached 50 yards in a game just three times this season with just one touchdown. He of all people knows how good Sauce Gardner and D.J. Reed are for the Jets. Moore shouldn’t be in a championship lineup this week.

Week 16 at Houston Texans

Elijah Moore had a very quiet day in Week 15, catching just two passes for 17 yards. He's third at best, maybe arguably fourth in the passing-game pecking order for Joe Flacco as he has been peppering Amari Cooper and David Njoku with targets. Moore is way too risky to bet your spot in the fantasy championship on.

Week 15 vs. Chicago Bears

The up-and-down season continues for Elijah Moore. Just 42 yards on three catches last week against the Jaguars for Moore and still with just the lone touchdown in Week 10. A tough matchup awaits in Week 15 against the Bears. Moore is a deep flex play for the playoffs.

Week 14 vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Amari Cooper left Week 13 in the second quarter with a concussion. That opened the door for Elijah Moore to get more work in with Joe Flacco. Moore saw a season-high 12 targets and recorded a season-high 83 yards. If Cooper can't play, Moore could have some value as a deeper flex against the Jaguars if Flacco is going to continue looking his way. Even over the past few weeks, Moore's target amounts have been 7, 7, 9 and 12.

Week 13 at Los Angeles Rams

Elijah Moore was actually building a good connection with Dorian Thompson-Robinson (and P.J. Walker when DTR was injured). Moore has actually seen 23 targets in the last three weeks. But this week may see Joe Flacco as the starter. For what it's worth, Moore caught three passes for 41 yards from Flacco in Week 2 of 2022, the Jets' wild comeback against the Browns. In three games last season with Flacco throwing, Moore totaled 12 catches for 139 yards. Probably not enough here to make him worth a start in fantasy.

Week 10 at Baltimore Ravens

Back to back weeks with just two catches for Elijah Moore. So far, the change of scenery hasn’t quite helped him. He’s reached 50 yards once this season. He had 20 in the first meeting with the Ravens this season. Very hard to put any fantasy stock in Moore at this point. Keep him on the bench.

It’s been a quiet first year in Cleveland for Elijah Moore. Week 8 was another example. Two catches for 30 yards for Moore and even with Deshaun Watson back at quarterback, it may be another quiet week for Moore. He’s best served on the bench again.
