WR Nico Collins isn’t dressed out today and is not practicing with a foot injury. Brandin Cooks (calf) is not here either. The Texans could be without their top two receivers again.

Fantasy Impact:

Facing off against the Cowboys was already going to be an uphill battle, and now it's looking like things are getting even worse. Davis Mills could be throwing the ball to Chris Moore, Phillip Dorsett, and Amari Rodgers.

Texans WR Brandin Cooks is out Sunday against the Browns due to a calf injury. First-round CB Derek Stingley, Jr. is also out due to a hamstring injury.

Fantasy Impact:

Most of the Texans offense is a stay-away for fantasy purposes, but Nico Collins has emerged into a consistent role, accruing five or more receptions and 45+ yards in three straight games. With Brandin Cooks out, he should operate as a low-end WR3 in Week 13.

WR Brandin Cooks was with the WR/TE group during the individual period of Thursday’s practice.

Fantasy Impact:

It looks like Cooks and the Texans have made up for the time being, and it will do neither party any good to see the wide receiver sitting on the bench. This undoubtedly steps on Nico Collins' toes, as it will be difficult for him to hit double-digit targets —as he did in Week 10— if Cooks is lining up opposite him. Both WRs can be considered high-floor/low-ceiling Flex plays against the Commanders in Week 11.

Nico Collins was back at practice again Thursday after missing the last few weeks

Fantasy Impact:

Collins looks to be trending in the right direction for Week 10 and will look to build on what was a decent fantasy season before going down in Week 7. Collins had three games of 5+ targets before his injury and should return to his role as the main outside receiver, even more so if Brandin Cooks remains sidelined.
Collins can be used as Flex consideration of Cooks misses another game.
