SEA TE Nick Vannett - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 at Carolina Panthers

Nick Vannett has only two catches the last two weeks and although he has a couple scores in recent weeks, his value has dropped. He will face the Panthers in a great matchup. Carolina is 30th in aFPA to tight ends. However, the recent production by Vannett limits his value. He should remain on the bench for Week 12.

SEA TE Nick Vannett - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 vs. Green Bay Packers

Nick Vannett scored for the second straight game, but that was his only catch of the game against Los Angeles, as veteran Ed Dickson is seeing more action. After being targeted eight times two weeks ago, that number fell to two last week.

Vannett has a tough matchup in Week 11 against Green Bay who is ranked ninth in aFPA to tight ends. The lack of consistency in Vannett's numbers keeps his fantasy ranking down. Keep him on the bench against the Packers as he only rates a low-end TE2.

SEA TE Nick Vannett - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 at Los Angeles Rams

Nick Vannett had a huge game last week with six catches for 52 yards and a touchdown. It seems the Seahawks are using the tight end, and that could be Vannett or backup Ed Dickson.

Vannett has a good matchup against Los Angeles who is ranked 23rd in aFPA to tight ends. However, that's not enough to get him into the lineup as he ranks only a low-end TE2 for Week 10.

SEA TE Nick Vannett - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 at Detroit Lions

Nick Vannett did not have a catch against Oakland the week before the bye. He still does get looks and has some value, especially in PPR leagues. However, not enough against the Lions to make the starting lineup. Keep Vannett on the bench for Week 8.

SEA TE Nick Vannett - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 at Oakland Raiders
Nick Vannett only was targeted four times, but that was second most on the team last week. It produced three catches for 43 yards. Vannett should be involved in the offense as the 'Hawks like his pass catching ability.

The Raiders are 26th in aFPA to tight ends, but that matchup isn't enough to start Vannett this week. Keep him on the bench as a low-end TE2 for Week 6.

SEA TE Nick Vannett - Week 5 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 vs. Los Angeles Rams
With Will Dissly on injured reserve, Nick Vannett now becomes the Seahawks No. 1 tight end. Vannett has nine catches for 67 yards so far this season. He will get more looks from QB Russell Wilson, but not enough to be fantasy relevant. He might be a pickup for depth on your roster but that's about it. Keep him on your bench for Week 5 as a low-end TE2.
