Texans WR Will Fuller (hamstring, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 8. Kenny Stills is a plug-and-play for Fuller, who is supposed to miss several weeks with the hamstring injury. Stills posted 4-105 on five targets against the Colts and played 94% of the snaps. With Fuller likely out for a multi-game stretch, Stills would operate as the Texans' No. 2 option in the passing game. From 2016 to 2018, in the 32 games (for the Dolphins) in which he saw at least four targets, Stills averaged 3.7 receptions for 56 yards and 0.53 touchdowns per game. He’s going to be a fantasy WR3 with weekly WR2 upside while Fuller is sidelined.
