Scouting report

CLE TE Harrison Bryant - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

You may not realize it, but Harrison Bryant now has to straight games with a touchdown. Sure, the first game saw just a two-yard touchdown catch the whole game for Bryant, but the second one saw 49 yards on five catches. Maybe there's a connection brewing between Bryant and Joe Flacco? We'll see. Too early to thrust him into lineups just yet, but he's on the radar and is worth a look if you need a second tight end.

CLE TE Harrison Bryant - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 vs. Buffalo Bills in Detroit

David Njoku could miss another week of action, so Harrison Bryant looks like he'll lead the charge at tight end again for the Browns. Weather now won't be a factor in this game as it has been moved to Detroit due to the incoming snowstorm in Buffalo. But Bryant will be right in the teeth of the Buffalo defense, who will likely make Jacoby Brissett very miserable this week. Bryant is a low-end TE2 this week.

CLE TE Harrison Bryant - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Cincinnati Bengals

Harrison Bryant gets his opportunity now that David Njoku is out with an injury. Temper expectations for now until we see how the Browns use Bryant and how the connection between him and Jacoby Brissett will be. The Bengals are also very solid against the pass, so consider Bryant a low-end TE2 for now if you went out and rostered him.

CLE TE Harrison Bryant - Week 3 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

Harrison Bryant cracks our top-25 tight ends as he has become a small part of the Browns' offense, seeing four targets in each of the first two games of the season. In fact, his 45 yards against the Jets is the highest for a Browns tight end so far this season. All that in mind, Bryant only plays about half the snaps, while David Njoku plays almost the entire game. They almost cancel each other out, but Njoku gets the slight edge, so keep Bryant on the bench.

CLE TE Harrison Bryant - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Las Vegas Raiders
Harrison Bryant caught the fantasy world's eye in Week 7 when he caught four balls for 56 yards and a pair of touchdowns. That being said, Bryant still only ran 17 routes last Sunday and continued to split snaps with David Njoku with Austin Hooper sidelined. The Raiders have been a middle-of-the-road matchup for tight ends to this point, but Hooper looks set to miss Week 8, meaning Bryant could have some desperation streamer appeal this week.
