GB WR Davante Adams - Week 18, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Wild Card Round vs. New York Giants
Adams picked up the slack against Detroit last week - at least from a scoring standpoint - as the Lions centered on stopping Jordy Nelson. That helped allow Adams catch six passes for just 32 yards but two touchdowns, his third multiple-TD game of the season. The Giants have given up just 11 WR touchdowns this season, so another multiple-TD game out of Adams might be a bit much to ask. But he did have a line of 5-85-1 back in Week 5 against the Giants. Adams is worth a flier as a No. 3 receiver with some upside potential.

GB WR Davante Adams - Week 17, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 17 at Detroit
Adams didn't have the monster game he had been alternating accomplishing the past six weeks but his line of 4-44-1 was solid enough last week. That said, this would be his off week coming up. But with the division title on the line and considering he scored in the first meeting with Detroit - though he had just two catches for 23 yards - and has 10 TDs this season, he's a good bet to get into the end zone again this week. Adams should be a decent low-end No. 2 starter to be safe, but he has upside.

GB WR Davante Adams - Week 16, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 at Minnesota
Adams had two receptions for 25 yards last week, but dropped a pair of touchdown passes, making it a tough day. It followed his trend from the past six weeks of having a good game followed by a bad one. Last week was his bad game, so he should be due for a good one this week. It won't be easy against Minnesota's pass defense, which held him to three catches for 26 yards the first time around. Use Adams as a No. 3 receiver this week because of the matchup.

GB WR Davante Adams - Week 15, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 at Chicago
Adams had four catches but made them good for 104 yards and a touchdown as he bounced-back from a sub-par effort in Week 12. The problem is that he has alternated 100-yard games with sub-par outings in each of the past five weeks, which means he's due for another poor game. But he did have 13 receptions for 132 yards and two TDs in their previous meeting this season. Adams is a strong No. 2 receiver play this week.

GB WR Davante Adams - Week 14, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 vs. Seattle
Adams had just one reception for 17 yards - his worst outing of the season - but he also was targeted seven times, so Aaron Rodgers hasn't forgotten about him. With eight touchdowns, he remains a solid scoring option and Seattle could choose to match Richard Sherman on Jordy Nelson, allowing Adams a better matchup. He should score enough to at least be a solid No. 3 this week with a slight upside against a tough pass defense.

GB WR Davante Adams - Week 13, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. Houston
Adams continues to be one of the best second-half surprises in fantasy football with his five receptions for 113 yards and two scores last week being his latest strong game. Aaron Rodgers has developed a strong trust in the Adams and he continues to make plays. Houston's pass defense is tough, but the Texans have allowed six TD passes in the past two games, including three to the WR position. Adams continues to be a sold No. 2 receiver option with strong upside potential.

GB WR Davante Adams - Week 12, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 at Philadelphia
Adams had just three receptions for 42 yards last week as Aaron Rodgers spread the ball around more last week at Washington. But because of his potential for a lot of receptions, Adams remains a solid No. 2/3 WR option even against a tough matchup at Philadelphia. He's had some dog games this season but has typically bounced back the following week.
