Vikings RB Dalvin Cook practices in full on Thursday

Field Yates on Twitter

Oct 11, 2018 · 6:24 PM EDT

According to ESPN's Field Yates, Dalvin Cook (hamstring) practiced in full today.

Fantasy Impact:

At 36.4 per game, nobody has allowed more fantasy points to running backs this year than the Vikings' Week 6 opponents, the Arizona Cardinals. They are also the worst rush defense according to our proprietary Adjusted Fantasy Points Against metric. Talk about a double whammy! If Minnesota fully unleashes Cook, he will be an elite RB1, but there is a chance they hold him back, especially if they get up big early. For those reasons, and due to the risk of re-injury, we consider him more of an RB2 with upside.

Vikings RB Dalvin Cook (hamstring) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Cook is still iffy to play on Sunday, but it’s a good sign that he took limited reps today since he was a DNP last Wednesday and Thursday. This is an upgrade for him.

Murray will likely get a bulk of the workload but hasn't been great this year and would be a risky play.

Vikings RB Dalvin Cook not expected to play Week 5

Ian Rapoport

Oct 06, 2018 · 11:49 PM EDT

The #Vikings are not expecting RB Dalvin Cook (hamstring) to play Sunday vs. the #Eagles, sources say. It would take an impressive turnaround for him to be on the field.

Fantasy Impact:

Latavius Murray becomes a low-floor FLEX option against a very strong Eagles DL and struggling Vikings OL.
