DEN QB Case Keenum - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 vs. Cleveland Browns

With the Broncos falling behind the 49ers by 20 points in the first half last Sunday, Case Keenum ended up throwing 42 passes, but for just 186 yards and one TD. Even though he’s tossed four touchdowns the past three games, Keenum has failed to pass for 200 yards during that span and hasn’t posted a 300-yard game since Week 6. While the Browns are second worst in the NFL against the pass, Keenum remains a QB2 option, especially due to the lack of healthy WRs.

DEN QB Case Keenum - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 at San Francisco 49ers

With the Broncos ground game amassing over 200 yards last week at Cincinnati, Case Keenum finished with season lows of just 12 completions and 151 yards. While he did throw for a TD for the seventh time in the past eight games, he has been under 200 yards in two straight and passed for less than 300 yards in six consecutive outings. The 49ers defense is No. 13 versus the pass so Keenum remains a QB2 play, especially without his top WR in Emmanuel Sanders.

DEN QB Case Keenum - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 at Cincinnati Bengals

For the third straight game, Case Keenum did not throw an interception in the win over the Steelers last Sunday. He finished with 197 passing yards and two TDs. While he’s been under 250 yards in three of the past five contests, Keenum has tossed for multiple scores five times this season. He’ll be facing a Bengals defense that had all sorts of trouble with Baker Mayfield last week and is second worst against the pass, but he remains a QB2 play on the road.

DEN QB Case Keenum - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

In the comeback win over the Chargers last week Case Keenum’s line was very generic: 205 yards, no TDs, no INTs and no sacks. While he led the team on the game-winning field goal drive, all three of the Broncos TDs came via the ground. In the past four games, Keenum has just one multiple touchdown outing and has thrown for fewer than 300 yards in each of those contests. At home on Sunday he’ll be facing a Steelers defense that allows less than 230 yards through the air, making Keenum a QB2 play.

DEN QB Case Keenum - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 at Los Angeles Chargers

Two weeks ago, in the narrow loss to the Texans, Case Keenum threw for 290 yards and a TD – the fifth straight game he’s tossed for at least one score. It was his first game without Demaryius Thomas and the first time as a Bronco that he was not picked off. On the season Keenum is averaging 266 passing yards per game and has thrown for at least 260 yards in four of the past five contests. He’ll be facing the Chargers No. 17 pass defense on Sunday, making him a QB2 play.

DEN QB Case Keenum - Week 9 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 vs. Houston Texans

In the loss at Kansas City last week, Case Keenum completed over 67 percent of his passes for 262 yards and two TDs - the third time in the past four games he’s tossed for a couple scores. However, he was also sacked five times and continued his streak of throwing at least one INT in every game this season. He’ll be without one of his top WRs in Demaryius Thomas, who is now a Texan. Back at home on Sunday, Keenum will be facing the No. 12 Houston pass defense, so he remains a QB2 play.

DEN QB Case Keenum - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 at Kansas City Chiefs
With the Broncos building an early lead last Thursday at Arizona, Case Keenum threw only 21 passes. He completed 14 for a season-low 161 yards and one TD, his third straight game with at least one touchdown pass. He also kept alive his streak of at least one INT in every game of ’18. Keenum has three 300-yard games on the season; but, surprisingly, one wasn’t against the Chiefs earlier this month, as he was held to 245 yards and no TDs in the home loss. He remains a QB2 play even facing the second-worst pass defense.
