Scouting report

PHI WR A.J. Brown - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. Tennessee Titans
A.J. Brown has been quiet the last four games even though he did score a touchdown last game. He is still very involved in the offense, but just hasn't been able to come close to that performance he had against Pittsburgh.

There might be some more motivation for Brown this week as he plays his old team. The Titans are ranked 29th in aFPA to wide receivers and their secondary has especially struggled.

Start Brown as a solid WR1 for Week 13. We expect he will be back to double-digit targets and make them count against Tennessee.

PHI WR A.J. Brown - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs. Green Bay Packers
After a rough game two weeks ago, A.J. Brown bounced back with five receptions for 60 yards. Not great numbers but at least he got back on track. The Eagles passing game has been disappointing the last couple weeks but should still be a strength for the team.

Brown faces the Packers who are ranked 12th in aFPA to wide receivers. This should be a good game for him as Green Bay has struggled at times with premier receivers.

Start Brown as a solid WR1 for Week 12. He seems to thrive in prime time and that should be the case on Sunday Night Football this week.

PHI WR A.J. Brown - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 at Indianapolis Colts
A.J. Brown was very quiet this week with only one catch for 7 yards and it was probably a big reason why the Eagles lost. QB Jalen Hurts relies on Brown as his big-play target and it just wasn't there last week hence the low numbers. No need to worry though.

Next up is the Colts who are excellent against the pass and are ranked 2nd in aFPA to wide receivers. Although, we expect a better game for Brown, it is unlikely he goes off in Indy.

Start Brown as a solid WR1 for Week 11 and expect the targets to be back up around 8 this week, giving him good fantasy production.

PHI WR A.J. Brown - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs. Washington Commanders
A.J. Brown has five touchdowns in the last three games, though his numbers last week were average with four receptions for 59 yards. He has been the main target for QB Jalen Hurts so he is capable of a big day every week.

Brown will face the Commanders who are ranked 29th in aFPA to wide receivers. In the first meeting with Washington, he was targeted 10 times which produced five receptions for 89 yards and a touchdown.

Start Brown as a solid WR1 for Week 10. It should be a big day for him based on the matchup and what he was able to do the first time they beat Washington. He should shine in prime time.

PHI WR A.J. Brown - Week 9 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 at Houston Texans
It was a monster first half for A.J. Brown who ended the day with six catches for 154 yards and three touchdowns. He almost had a fourth TD but was tripped up heading for the end zone. Brown was on fire and the Steelers secondary had no answer for him.

Brown faces the Texans on Thursday night and Houston's pass defense has been solid this season, ranked 10th in aFPA to wide receivers. Brown faced them a lot when he was with the Titans and had some huge games.

Start Brown in all leagues and formats as a solid WR1 for Week 9. Despite the tough matchup, he should still put up some good numbers, although probably not what he did last Sunday.

PHI WR A.J. Brown - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
It was a fairly quiet game for the Philly passing attack but A.J. Brown still managed five receptions for 67 yards against Dallas. He also scored his second touchdown of the season. Even though the Cowboys were able to slow down QB Jalen Hurts, Brown still got his share of the offense and had a decent fantasy game.

Brown faces the Steelers who are ranked 25th in aFPA to wide receivers. The Eagles should have much more success in the passing game this week as Pittsburgh has had a good pass rush since the opener.

Start Brown in all leagues and formats as a high-end WR2 for Week 8. Philly should have a big day on offense and spread the ball around including Brown.

PHI WR A.J. Brown - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 vs. Dallas Cowboys
A.J. Brown had his worst game as an Eagle as he was targeted seven times but only caught three passes for 32 yards. All three of those stats were season-lows. Not to worry. It was a tough road game where everyone on Philly was happy to get a win despite only scoring 20 points.

Next up is division rival Dallas who is ranked 8th in aFPA to wide receivers. Brown will have a bounce back game this week at home so expect much better numbers and expect more targets.

Brown ranks a low-end WR1 for Week 6. It is a tough matchup, but the veteran should be up for the challenge in his first appearance in this rivalry.
