Throughout the offseason, there has been talk about wide receiver Jacoby Jones possibly moving into the Texans' starting lineup.

Jones had a breakout year in 2009, showcasing athletic prowess, added physicality and improved instincts. The only concern was with his hands - he dropped several passes. For much of training camp, Jones has proved his hands are steady and ready this season.

"I can catch a BB in the dark with my eyes closed," said Jones, who is entering his fourth NFL season.

After Jones caught three passes for 81 yards and zero touchdowns in 2008, his 2009 statistics soared to 27 catches for 437 yards and six touchdowns to go with a team-high 16.2 yards per catch. Among the eight games in which he made at least two receptions, he scored touchdowns in six of them.
