Wes Welker suffers concussion

According to the Broncos, WR Wes Welker indeed suffered a concussion during Sunday night’s game against the Chiefs.

Welker suffered a blow to the head early in the fourth quarter. Somehow, he returned to the game, catching another pass. He later exited, with the team explaining that he was being evaluated for a concussion.

Fantasy Impact:

Now that the concussion is official, he will have to pass protocol to get back on the field. The Broncos take on Welker's former team, the Patriots, in Week 12 and it's a game Welker doesn't want to miss. But, if can't play, look for Eric Decker to perhaps benefit the most at least in terms of targets.
