Miles Sanders (knee) to play Week 10

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes underwent successful surgery Monday night in Dallas to repair the tear in his left ACL, the team announced.

The surgery was performed by Dr. Dan Cooper, the Dallas Cowboys' head team physician. A league source told ESPN that Dr. Cooper also repaired the torn LCL in Mahomes' left knee, confirming a report by NFL Network.

According to the Chiefs and the story, Mahomes "will begin his rehab process immediately." Mahomes was injured with less than two minutes remaining in Sunday's 16-13 loss to the Chargers. The story went on to say the typical recovery for such an injury is about nine months, meaning Mahomes will miss the team's offseason program, and his availability for the start of next season is in question. The 2026 NFL season opener is Sept. 10, the story said.

Jaguars running back Bhayshul Tuten is set to miss time after injuring his finger in Sunday’s win over the Jets.

NFL Media reports that Tuten is going to have surgery to repair the injury. He will miss time as a result, but is expected back for the postseason.

While the story is not specific, it could mean Tuten will miss the rest of the regular season, or at least the fantasy playoffs. Etienne looks locked in as the team's No. 1 back, and Allen appears to be in line for more work as his backup.

Seahawks kicker Jason Myers made six field goals, including the 56-yard game-winner with 18 seconds remaining, in Sunday’s 18-16 win over the Colts. And he’s now on pace to kick more field goals in a season than any kicker, ever.
