Sean McDermott says WR Jordan Matthews (thumb) is day to day and "we'll know more tomorrow [Tuesday]." Coming off bye "he made tremendous progress."

Fantasy Impact:

Matthews would be a big boost for the offense, especially with Charles Clay out at TE. Matthews is not quite a lock to play but seems to be ahead of schedule. Another report said Matthews has not begun to catch passes with his injured hand.

RB Alvin Kamara (illness) is off the injury report and good to go.

It would have been an easy click for a Kendre Miller week if Kamara were forced to miss, but this puts the kibosh on that. Fire Kamara up as an RB2 this week in a game that may feature him even more than usual with no Carr.
