The Tennessee Titans have added TE Austin Hooper. Hooper was released by the Cleveland Browns earlier this week.

Fantasy Impact:

Hooper instantly becomes the best tight end on Tennessee's roster and will be with a QB who has at times enjoyed targeting the tight end position.

Fantasy Impact:

Dowdle has been around 75% of the offense's snaps over the last two weeks, so we should continue to assume that this is far and away his backfield to control. He gets a good matchup against the Falcons' defense here in Week 11 and should be considered in RB1 territory.
