The Packers didn’t know the full extent of RB Eddie Lacy’s concussion, caused by a collision with Washington safety Brandon Meriweather when he appeared to lead with the crown of his helmet at the end of a 10-yard carry.
We likely won't know before Wednesday, the team said. James Starks filled in and recorded a 132 yard day for the Packers, and as you know by now the first in 100-plus yard day in 44 games. Starks could be in for a lot more work if the news is bad on Lacy. At this point, owners should prepare to be without Lacy. Starks will likely be a big target on the waiver wire this week.
