Fred Jackson returns, but C.J. Spiller will start

As expected Bills RB Fred Jackson will be back on the practice field Wednesday with his teammates as he’s been medically cleared after completing his concussion protocol Tuesday.

The only change however, is that the rotation between Jackson and C.J. Spiller sounds as if it will lean more heavily toward Spiller Sunday against the Colts.

“C.J. will start, but we’re still going to play Fred,” said HC Chan Gailey. “It takes two. It does. So Fred will get quite a few snaps, but C.J. will start and get the majority of the snaps.”

Fantasy Impact:

Spiller is a strong RB1 start in a great matchup with the Colts. Consider Jackson more of a low-end RB2/flex play as it looks like his snaps and touches will be reduced.
