Bucs hire Lovie Smith

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers wasted little time replacing Greg Schiano, agreeing to terms with Lovie Smith on Wednesday to become their next head coach on a four-year deal with an option for a fifth year.

Smith is expected to hire former University of California-Berkeley head coach Jeff Tedford as his offensive coordinator and recently-fired former Minnesota Vikings head coach Leslie Frazier as his defensive coordinator.

Fantasy Impact:

The Buccaneers' offense is in flux. Doug Martin (shoulder) is coming off of a season-ending injury and QB Mike Glennon lost both HC Greg Schiano and GM Mark Dominik, so he's likely to face some competition this offseason as the new regime possibly brings in their own quarterback.
