Either way, ending at +33 units in the sharpest sports sides and totals is something you can hang your hat on. Changing some of my positional ratings paid off in spades. I also reconfigured how I put together totals a little bit, and ended up hitting 65.6% of unders! That's an elite betting percentage
The biggest adjustment made to my 2026 numbers for this year was tweaking my quarterback rating numbers. Over the course of the last two years, I had been getting away from QB CPOE+EPA Composite scoring. This year I pulled the band-aid fully off and am sticking with Adjusted EPA/Play. Let’s hope that nets another ultimately positive change.
For those of you new to 4for4, this will be my third year writing for 4for4 as the NFL sides and totals only bettor. I track bets at the 3rd-best number of widely available sportsbooks in every bet given out. Last year, over 50% of bets were tracked at Circa, so the ability to get down should not be a big issue.
