Week 9 IDP Waiver Wire: Pickups & Targets (Fantasy Football 2023)
Week 8 was bereft of bye weeks, but we weren't spared the injuries. Next season, the injuries need to be turned off. The injuries we need to monitor were suffered by Ju'Whaun Bentley and Tremaine Edmunds. Those two could miss a game or two.
I wish I could say Week 9 was bye-free, but we have four teams who'll be spending Sunday on the couch: Denver Broncos, Detroit Lions, Jacksonville Jaguars, and San Francisco 49ers.

De’Vondre Campbell, LB, Green Bay Packers
De'Vondre Campbell has been dinged up over the last few weeks, and post-bye week, he was inactive. If your league mates needed roster space, he could have been dropped.
Campbell returned to the field in Week 8 and played a full-time role, appearing in 92% of the snaps. He turned in his best performance since Week 2 and I think he played better.
Campbell produced a 15.2% solo tackle rate resulting in 10 solo tackles. He would finish with 14 total and would add a QB hit. The injuries haven’t sapped his instincts. Here, reads the run and hits the gap to get to Cam Akers for no gain:
Although Campbell has appeared in four games, he’s been productive. He’s producing a 17.9% tackle rate and after watching his game against the Vikings, he looks healthy and moved well. If he’s on your wire, you can get an LB1 for a marginal price.
