Fantasy Football Kicker Streaming Week 5: Chiefs Kicker Tops at Arrowhead
Whether you’re into having kickers as part of the fantasy football landscape or are anti-kicker but are here because your league requires you to roster one, 4for4 remains kicker-friendly. I’m here to provide you with the best information possible to find success from week to week.
In order to provide advice you can actually implement, candidates for streaming must be rostered in no more than 40% of Yahoo! fantasy leagues. As always, check 4for4’s rankings and our signature schedule-adjusted fantasy points allowed (aFPA) metric when making weekly decisions on any position.
Week 4 Recap
Brett Maher was my streaming star from Week 4, posting 15 fantasy points as K2 on the week. Also, both Mason Crosby and Cade York put up decent fantasy numbers as K13 and K16, respectively, to round out my best streamers. 4for4’s optimal streamer through the first four weeks has put up 40 total points, good enough for K4 on the season.
Top Streaming Picks
Harrison Butker/Matthew Wright (Chiefs) vs. Raiders
It’s still unclear if Butker will be back this week, but he’s only 40% rostered in Yahoo leagues right now, so he qualifies as a streamer if he’s healthy enough to kick. The Chiefs play at home against Las Vegas, where they are a touchdown favorite with the second-highest implied team total of the week at 29 points.
Butker is a no-brainer if he’s a go, and Matthew Wright (1% rostered) is coming off an 11-point fantasy performance and fits the bill, too.
