Leveraging Weekly Salary Cap Data
If your salary cap league requires you to pay more than the 4for4.com list amount, you're overspending for that player. If you can start a player for less than the price listed, that's a weekly bargain. In most salary cap formats, your job is to maximize your score starting the biggest bargains possible each week.

Stafford's Value = +15 = 50 - 35
Newton's Value = -10 = 55 - 65
Ryan's Value = +21 = 40 - 19
So, in this example the best bargain is Ryan. Spending $19 to start him this week is the smart move.
