LAR WR Robert Woods - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 vs. Kansas City Chiefs

Robert Woods caught four-of-five targets for 89 yards in the Rams’ Week 10 win over the Seahawks. He also added three carries for 17 additional yards and has cleared 70 yards receiving in every game since Week 1. With Cooper Kupp out for the season with an ACL tear suffered in the win last week, Woods could see even more targets in Sean McVay’s passing game. He hasn’t produced a touchdown in his last six games but the opportunity to score will be there for Woods on Monday night when the Rams host the Chiefs. The over/under for that game is currently sitting at 63.5, which is incredibly high for an NFL game. Ranked as our WR9 for Week 11, view Woods as a low-end WR1 for Monday night.

Week 10 vs. Seattle Seahawks

Robert Woods caught five-of-nine targets for 71 yards in the Rams’ Week 9 loss to the Saints. Woods is a playmaker, repeatedly making grabs to move the chains for this high-powered Rams offense. His touchdown came in the fourth quarter on the team’s game-tying scoring drive and he finished with three receptions in a productive fourth quarter. Even though Brandin Cooks and Cooper Kupp continue to be fed in this offense, Woods is an every-week fantasy starter. Ranked as our WR9 for Week 10, view him as a WR1 for when the Rams host the Seahawks on Sunday.

Week 9 at New Orleans Saints

Robert Woods caught five-of-seven targets for 70 yards in the Rams’ Week 8 win over the Packers and has now gone over 70 yards receiving in seven consecutive games. While he hasn’t scored since Week 4, Woods remains a solid low-end WR1. Ranked as our WR9 for Week 9, start Woods when the Rams travel to New Orleans. The total is sitting at 59.5, indicating oddsmakers believe this game will be a massive shootout. You typically don’t see over/unders set that high for NFL games. The Saints also own the No. 32-ranked defense against fantasy receivers this season, making Woods a must-start.

Week 8 v. Green Bay Packers

Robert Woods caught five-of-seven targets for 78 yards in the Rams’ Week 7 win over the 49ers. Woods and the rest of the Rams’ passing game took a back seat to Todd Gurley in the second half as the team moved the ball at will on the ground. With Cooper Kupp still out, Woods will again have WR1 appeal when the Rams host the Packers on Sunday. Ranked as our WR9 for Week 8, make sure Woods remains in your lineup.

Week 7 at San Francisco 49ers

Robert Woods caught seven-of-10 targets for 109 yards in the Rams’ Week 6 win over the Broncos. He also added a 12-yard rush in the win. With Cooper Kupp out with a knee injury, Woods saw plenty of looks in the Rams’ high-powered offense. He has now gone over 90 yards in four-straight games and owns 100 yards receiving in three of his past four contests. With Kupp out for Week 7, Wood is our WR4. He’s a must-start against a banged-up 49ers defense.

Week 6 at Denver Broncos

Robert Woods caught five-of-seven targets for 92 yards while rushing twice for 53 yards in the Rams’ Week 5 win over the Seahawks. Brandin Cooks and Cooper Kupp suffered concussions during the game, so Woods was elevated to L.A.’s No. 1 receiver. He continues to flash his YAC ability and initiated a touchdown drive with a 56-yard gain on a jet sweep in the third quarter. He now has at least 100 yards from scrimmage in each of his last three games, and even if Cooks and Kupp return this week, at the very least he’ll be a WR2 versus the Broncos. Ranked as our WR13, make sure you have Woods in your lineup against a Denver team that surrendered three passing touchdowns a week ago to the Jets.

LAR WR Brandin Cooks - Week 5 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 at Seattle Seahawks

Robert Woods caught all five of his targets for 101 yards in the Rams’ Week 4 victory over the Vikings last Thursday. The five targets were a season-low but Woods made the most of his opportunities. Brandin Cooks and Cooper Kupp continue to be peppered with targets weekly but clearly there’s enough room in this offense to go around and Woods remains a key part of the passing game. This Rams offense looks unstoppable and there’s no reason to go away from any of L.A.’s top three receivers. Ranked as our WR15 for Week 5, Woods is a viable WR2 for the Rams’ matchup with the Seahawks in Seattle.

LAR WR Robert Woods - Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 vs. Minnesota Vikings

Robert Woods caught 10-of-11 targets for 104 yards and two touchdowns in the Rams’ Week 3 win over the Chargers. Woods had led the team in targets and yards coming into the game but had yet to score a touchdown. That all changed Sunday when he had a breakout performance versus the Bolts. Despite Brandin Cooks and Cooper Kupp also receiving their fair share of targets, Woods remains an integral part of Sean McVay’s passing game. Ranked as our No. 19 WR for Week 4, fire up Woods as a WR2 on Thursday night when the Rams host the Vikings.

LAR WR Robert Woods - Week 3 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 vs. Los Angeles Chargers

Robert Woods caught 6-of-9 targets for 81 yards in the Rams’ Week 2 win over the Cardinals. He could have added a touchdown to his stat line but Jared Goff missed him when he was open in the end zone in the fourth quarter. Even with Brandin Cooks and Cooper Kupp seeing consistent targets in Sean McVay’s offense, Woods continues to play a key role in the passing game. Ranked as our No. 30 WR for Week 3, Woods is a flex option for Sunday’s game against the banged-up Chargers.

LAR WR Robert Woods - Week 2 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 vs. Arizona Cardinals

Robert Woods caught 3-of-9 targets for 37 yards and rushed for six yards on one carry as the Rams throttled the Raiders on Monday night. Woods tied Cooper Kupp for a team-high nine targets but only caught three passes on the night. It’ll be interesting to see how Sean McVay utilizes his top three receivers. Although, after one week, it would appear as though Brandin Cooks has the highest ceiling and Kupp the highest floor. Woods, however, was utilized in the deep game last week and was a solid possession receiver with plenty of yards after catch potential a year ago. Ranked as our No. 34 WR for Week 2’s matchup with the Cardinals, view Woods as a FLEX option.
