I have the 13th pick in a 17 team guillotine league. It’s a PPR league on Yahoo.
Each week the lowest scoring team is eliminated and their players get kicked to waivers and the rest of the teams use FAAB budget to pick them up.
Any advice on how to draft for this type of format? Do I go very conservative just trying not to lose the first few weeks?

Wow, very interesting. I'd maybe look at strength of schedule. Get guys you know are going to get the workloads who also have good matchups the first few weeks, and yeah, just try to survive the first couple of weeks before you can start bidding on other players to get deeper.
That's how I would play it, just look for the consistent guys you know are going to get high snaps. At least make sure you have a lineup of those guys before looking at youth and prospects, etc.
