KC TE Travis Kelce - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 vs. Baltimore Ravens

Travis Kelce exploded last week, pretty much single handedly winning fantasy matchups, especially in PPR formats. He finished with 12 catches on 13 targets for 168 yards and two touchdowns. He's now had back-to-back 100-yard games with Sammy Watkins out of the lineup, and with Watkins out again this week we expect him to continue to get plenty of looks.

Despite the Ravens having one of the best defenses in the league, they've surprisingly been somewhat favorable to tight ends this season. Baltimore has allowed a TD to a TE in five of its last six games. Kelce is a must-start TE1 this week.

KC TE Travis Kelce - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 at Oakland Raiders

Travis Kelce caught 10 of his 15 targets in the Chiefs last game, going for 127 yards and a touchdown. He now has four 100-yard games (as well as a 99 and 95-yard game) this season as he continues to prove he's one of the best tight ends in football at the moment.

He gets a good matchup against the Raiders this week who have allowed four 100-yard games to the tight end position in 2018. Given Kelce's production and the favorable matchup, it's easy to see why he's a must-start TE1.

KC TE Travis Kelce - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 at Los Angeles Rams

Travis Kelce caught six of his seven targets last week for 46 yards. It was his worst game of the season since Week 1, and it wasn't even that bad of an outing, at least for PPR formats. Expect Kelce to be more involved in the offense this week vs. the Rams in what should be a high-scoring contest.

The Rams are about average when it comes to defending the TE position, but they have given up a touchdown to TEs in three of the last four games. Kelce should be viewed as a strong TE1 option.

KC TE Travis Kelce - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs. Arizona Cardinals

Travis Kelce led the Chiefs in targets (9), receptions (7) and receiving yards (99) last week. He also scored twice. He's now led the Chiefs in receiving in six of their nine games this season, and he's only put up one dud performance (Week 1) all year. With Sammy Watkins likely out this week, Kelce could expect to get a few more looks.

He gets a difficult matchup against the Cardinals this week. Arizona has allowed the sixth-fewest fantasy points to opposing TEs this year, and haven't given up a touchdown to the position since Week 2. Still, it's hard to bet against Kelce in 2018. He's a must-start TE1 option this week.

KC TE Travis Kelce - Week 9 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 at Cleveland Browns

Travis Kelce led the Chiefs in targets (10) last week while finishing 6-79-1. He has five-plus catches and 60+ yards in seven straight games while scoring four touchdowns in that span. He's the second-highest scoring tight end in fantasy this season due to his reliable high production.

He gets a decent matchup this week against the Browns who have allowed two 100+ yard games to tight ends this season. Kelce should be just fine and can continue to be viewed as a strong TE1 option in Week 9.

KC TE Travis Kelce - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Denver Broncos

For the fifth time in seven games this season, Travis Kelce led the Chiefs in receiving last week. He caught all five of his targets for 95 yards. He now has 50+ yards in every game since Week 2, scoring three touchdowns in that span.

Kelce will face a Broncos defense he played well against earlier in the year (7-78-1). Kelce and the Chiefs are on a roll, and there's no apparent reason why they'd slow down now. Kelce can be viewed as a strong TE1 play.

KC TE Travis Kelce - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 vs. Cincinatti Bengals

Travis Kelce continued his strong season last week, finishing with 61 yards. He now has at least five receptions and 60 yards in five straight games, while scoring three touchdowns in that span. He's been the third-highest scoring TE in fantasy so far, so clearly he's been a good option for owners.

He gets a favorable matchup against the Bengals this week, who have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing TEs. Cincy got abused by the Steelers' TEs just one week ago, giving up 129 yards to the position. It's the second time this season TEs have gone over 100 yards vs. the Bengals. Kelce can be viewed as a must-start TE1 play.
