Week 5 @ Cincinnati Bengals
Justice Hill popped into the fantasy landscape in Week 1 with his eight-target performance while his team spent the majority of the time playing from behind. That predictably fell down to earth in Week 2, as he earned only two targets (2-10-0), and he followed that up with 2-21 in Week 3. He popped back up last week with six more targets, which has made him a bit of a rollercoaster ride.

With Bye Weeks rearing their heads, he can be considered a low-end RB3 this week in a plus matchup.

Week 3 @ Dallas Cowboys

Though he's liable to have decent games from time to time, the ceiling isn't high enough to chance it while Derrick Henry is on the field. Keep Hill on the bench.

Week 17 vs. Miami Dolphins

With Keaton Mitchell done for the year, Justice Hill resumed his complementary role in the Baltimore backfield and actually led the Ravens running backs with 62% of the team’s offensive snaps against the 49ers on Monday night. He ended up with 10 carries and three receptions for a total of 57 yards from scrimmage. Hill’s usage is likely to be sporadic and inconsistent, and while he has some deep league value with a clear role in the offense, he’s way too risky to warrant serious fantasy consideration in most leagues. He should remain on waivers for most managers.
