JAX TE James O'Shaughnessy - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 at Tennessee Titans

James O’Shaughnessy was targeted two times last Sunday by Cody Kessler. In the win versus the Colts, he caught both of his looks for 19 yards. With Leonard Fournette back from suspension, expect a heavy dose of the Jaguars ground game, especially with Kessler still at QB. There has to be better options for you to start at TE over O’Shaughnessy.

JAX TE James O'Shaughnessy - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. Indianapolis Colts

James O’Shaughnessy saw only two targets last week in the loss to the Bills. He has just one reception the past two games but snagged five passes for 46 yards at Indy in Week 10. With the bye weeks over, there has to be a better option for your TE than O’Shaughnessy.

JAX TE James O'Shaughnessy - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 at Buffalo Bills

The Jaguars run game was able to move the ball versus the Steelers last week, but Blake Bortles managed just 104 yards through the air. James O’Shaughnessy caught just a four-yard pass. He has only 15 receptions without a TD this season and there is no reason to start him against a stout Bills defense.

JAX TE James O'Shaughnessy - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

With Blake Bortles throwing 38 passes for over 300 yards last week at Indy, James O’Shaughnessy was targeted six times, leading to five grabs for 46 yards. While he still has not been in the end zone, it was the TE’s most productive game of the season. O’Shaughnessy has become a bigger part of the Jacksonville passing attack during the past month but should be used as no more than a TE2 option versus a solid Pitt defense.

JAX TE James O'Shaughnessy - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 at Indianapolis Colts

After missing the Week 8 contest in London versus the Eagles due to a hip injury, James O’Shaughnessy is expected back at Indy on Sunday. The Colts secondary has struggled this season but there should be better options for your starting fantasy TE.

JAX TE James O'Shaughnessy - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 vs. Houston Texans

Blake Bortles threw 26 passes at Dallas last Sunday with four going in the direction of James O’Shaughnessy. The TE snagged three balls for 29 yards, but none of the six pass catchers posted big numbers in the loss. With Niles Paul placed on I.R. with a knee injury, O’Shaughnessy will be the Jags starter for the foreseeable future and should see a decent amount of targets, making him a TE2 option.

JAX TE James O'Shaughnessy - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 at Dallas Cowboys
With Austin Seferian-Jenkins being placed on IR, James O’Shaughnessy will be the Jaguars starting TE for the foreseeable future. In the past two weeks, he’s been targeted nine times, resulting in five grabs for 55 yards. Blake Bortles has put the ball in the air 99 times for over 800 yards the past two contests, so O’Shaughnessy may be worth a TE2 look.
