Dolphins QB Jay Cutler (ribs) took full practice reps again Thursday. Cutler will be fine to face the Raiders.

Ravens QB Joe Flacco (concussion) took full practice reps again Thursday. Flacco expects to play in Week 9, but he’ll have to get through the league’s concussion protocol by Sunday.

Dolphins QB Matt Moore (back) was added to the injury report Thursday after missing practice.

Panthers QB Cam Newton (right shoulder) took limited practice reps again Thursday. Newton should be able to continue to play through the shoulder injury.

Texans QB Deshaun Watson (knee) was added to the injury report Thursday after taking limited practice reps. Watson is reportedly done for the year with a torn ACL, suffered in practice. Tom Savage would be a decent spot start given a great matchup against the Colts, though he wasn't impressive early in the season.

Buccaneers QB Jameis Winston (right shoulder) took limited practice reps again Thursday. Winston looks like a go for what should be a high-scoring game against the Saints.
