DraftKings Week 14 Value Plays
High QB: Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay vs Atlanta, $9800
You could make an argument that Drew Brees is a better value than Rodgers at $700 cheaper (and at home), but for the safety in cash games, give me Rodgers. Vegas currently has the total of this game at 56 points with the Packers as 11 to 12-point favorites. That’s insane. There’s enough scoring to go around for you to start Rodgers and Eddie Lacy in the same cash lineups, in my opinion, which is something I typically avoid.
Low QB: Cam Newton, Carolina at New Orleans, $6700
Newton doesn’t offer the same sort of safety that he once did since he isn’t running as much, but this price tag is certainly not representative of his skill set. Newton has one of the league’s worst supporting casts, but that has always been the case. It’s worth noting that Vegas isn’t projecting the Panthers very favorably in New Orleans, which means WE NEED DEM RUSHING YARDS CAM!
