IDP Waiver Wire Week 9: Top Pickups & Adds
We're on to Week 9, with just two teams (Pittsburgh and Tennessee) on bye. For fantasy, we're past the halfway point of the season, so it's make-or-break time. It's time to position yourself for a strong finish.
It's a slow week for Waiver Wire adds, so I want to approach things a bit differently. I want to take a look at a few players and situations where you can cut ties and move on. I'll note the league size when applicable, because obviously deeper leagues are very different from shallow leagues, where only a small handful of IDPs are rostered.

IDP Waiver Wire Week 9
Arizona Cardinals
Deeper league managers can hold on to Jack Gibbens, but he's shifted from an every-down role to an LB2 who's playing 75-80% of the snaps each week. He's difficult to trust moving forward.
Atlanta Falcons
Kendal Daniels continues to produce in an every-down green-dot role at linebacker, but he'll likely shift back to a less-than-ideal role when Divine Deablo returns, which is likely in Week 9. Cautiously hold for now, but if you're pressed for roster spots, he's likely already had his best two-week stretch.
