Week 3 Fantasy Football Practice News & Notes for Thursday

Jaguars QB Blake Bortles (right wrist) took full practice reps again Thursday. Bortles should be fine to face the Ravens in London.

Vikings QB Sam Bradford (knee) took limited practice reps again Thursday. Bradford appears to be on track to play in Week 3. It’s good news for the entire Minnesota offense, especially Stefon Diggs, Adam Thielen and Kyle Rudolph.

Colts QB Andrew Luck (right shoulder) missed practice again Thursday. Luck is now looking like he’s out for Week 4 as well. Jacoby Brissett will draw another start or two.

Broncos QB Paxton Lynch (right shoulder) missed practice again Thursday.

Panthers QB Cam Newton (right shoulder, ankle) took limited practice reps again Thursday. Newton is fully expected to play in a great matchup against New Orleans. In his last six matchups against the Saints, he has averaged 255 yards passing and 2.17 touchdowns to go along with 36 yards rushing and 0.67 rushing touchdowns. The Panthers want Newton to protect himself, so he may run less, but he should still post solid QB1 numbers against New Orleans.

Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger (not injury related) returned to full practice reps Thursday after missing Wednesday. No worries here.

Bears QB Mark Sanchez (neck) returned to full practice reps Thursday after missing Wednesday.
