Since the start of the 2013 season, this is the first week that no team is projected to score at least 27 points. This is also the lowest projected scoring week overall since Week 2. Targeting teams in the second -- or even third -- tier of point totals is especially attractive this week since the separation from the top teams is expected to be minimal.
