GB WR Randall Cobb - Week 16, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 at Arizona
Cobb had just five catches for 40 yards last week and hasn't had a 100-yard game since Week 2. That's unlikely to change this week with a matchup with Patrick Peterson looming. Cobb also hasn't scored in his past four games. It's just been a mess of a season without Jordy Nelson on the other side. You likely can't afford to bench Cobb if you've made it this far with him, but you're also well aware that he's just a No. 3 receiver with a big name at this point.

GB WR Randall Cobb - Week 15, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 at Oakland
Cobb matches his season high last week with eight receptions, picking up 81 yards. He didn't score, but the production was welcome after some of his recent weeks. He had 12 targets last week, which also is promising. With Mike McCarthy taking over the play calling duties, look for more work for Cobb. The Raiders are 17th in the league in points allowed to the wide receiver position. Cobb should be a decent No. 2 start this week.

GB WR Randall Cobb - Week 14, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 vs. Dallas
Cobb finished with just four catches for 29 yards last week and would have had a completely dog game had he not alertly fallen on a loose ball in the end zone for a TD. It's looking more and more like a lost season for the once fantasy star. He's had seven games this season with less than 44 receiving yards with Aaron Rodgers throwing him the ball. Dallas' fantasy WR defense is third in the NFL. Be careful here even with Rodgers as his QB.

GB WR Randall Cobb - Week 13, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 at Detroit
Cobb hasn't lived up to his preseason expectations, but he did have a solid 6 catches for 74 yards last week, which was one of his better games of the season. He had a line of 5-53 a few weeks ago against the Lions. Detroit's defense, however, has been red-hot since its bye, giving up just one WR touchdown in the past three weeks. Cobb should be OK this week, but he's not the No. 1 receiver we thought he would be coming into the season. Use him as a No. 2 receiver with some possible upside.

GB WR Randall Cobb - Week 12, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs. Chicago
Cobb's struggles this season continued last week as he caught two passes for 24 yards -- though he did salvage the day with a touchdown catch, his sixth of the season. Cobb truly has missed Jordy Nelson more than Aaron Rodgers has. He had five catches for 38 yards and a TD in Week 1, but is clearly not a No. 1-worthy fantasy receiver. He'll have some big games as a low-end No. 2 or even a high-end No. 3 because of his quarterback and volume - he has nine or more targets in four consecutive games - but you shouldn't be using Cobb as anything more than that.

GB WR Randall Cobb - Week 11, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 at Minnesota
Cobb's five-catch, 53-yard game last week might not look like much - especially considering where he went in most drafts - but it marked just his fourth game above 50 yards this season. Two have come in the past two weeks, so there are some signs of life here. The Vikings are 12th in fantasy football against opposing wideouts and have given up just four TD catches to receivers in their past five games. Cobb is a roll of the dice to put up numbers, but he seems completely over the shoulder injury that dogged him earlier this season. Let him rip in PPR leagues.

GB WR Randall Cobb - Week 10, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs. Detroit
The good news for Cobb last week was that he got 12 targets, his best total since Week 3. The bad news was that he and Aaron Rodgers hooked up just four times, though Cobb did put up 99 yards and a touchdown (which marked Cobb's second-best yardage output of the season). Detroit has allowed at least one WR score in each week but one this season and has given up double-digit WR catches in each week except two. Cobb is healthy and should have another solid week after a month of blah.

GB WR Randall Cobb - Week 9, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 at Carolina
Cobb had six catches for 27 yards last week against a tough Denver pass defense, continuing a trend for him in which he hasn't had more than 44 receiving yards since Week 3. He'll likely see Josh Norman quite a bit this week, and Carolina's pass defense is pretty spectacular as a group. That doesn't bode well for Cobb. Use Cobb as a No. 2 receiver if you must and hope he breaks out of his slump.

GB WR Randall Cobb - Week 8, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 at Denver
Cobb has just 10 receptions in the past three games and hasn't had more than 48 yards in any of those games. That's not good news heading into a game against Denver's pass defense, which ranks third against opposing receivers. You can't bench Cobb at this point, but you might want to consider him more of a No. 3 receiver and hope better days are ahead.

GB WR Randall Cobb - Week 6, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 vs. San Diego
Cobb is having some issues as teams are now focusing on shutting him down. He had just three catches for 23 yards last week and has eight for 67 over the past two weeks. The Packers will figure out ways to get the ball into Cobb's hands, though San Diego's defense against wideouts is tops in the league. Part of that is because they are so easy to run against. Bet on Cobb to bounce back this week.
