Week 6 vs. San Diego
It doesn't appear Davante Adams will play again this week, which means Montgomery is a viable option again this week as Green Bay's No. 3 WR. Last week, he had four catches for 59 yards and his second touchdown of the season. He's a nice option as a flex play.
Week 5 vs. St. Louis
Montgomery saw six targets last week with Davante Adams out, but managed just three catches for 15 yards. Things won't get any easier this week against the Rams defense, which ranks sixth in the NFL in fantasy points allowed to WRs.
Week 4 at San Francisco
Montgomery has emerged as a fantasy factor the past two weeks, catching six passe, including his first score last week. With Davante Adams out this week, he should see a decent number of snaps against the 49ers. Anytime you're a receiver on the field with Aaron Rodgers, you've got a chance to be a fantasy factor. But don't start Montgomery as anything more than a flex.
Week 1 at Chicago
The addition of veteran James Jones likely pushes Montgomery down the pecking order in Green Bay's WR hierarchy. He might get a catch or two, but that will be about it. There are better options out there.
