WAS TE Jordan Reed - Week 15, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 vs. Buffalo

Jordan Reed had a huge game in Week 14 against the Beers, catching nine passes for 120 yards and a TD on nine targets. It's his seventh TD of the year but first since Week 10. Reed has 50 receiving yards and/or a TD in all but two games this year so he's been relatively healthy and really producing at the position this year.

Reed is once again a TE1 play this week coming in third on our list. It's a tough matchup as the Bills are second in allowing fantasy points to the position but Reed is producing enough that he needs to be in lineups no matter what the matchup is.

WAS TE Jordan Reed - Week 14, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 at Bears
Jordan Reed caught three passes for 33 yards last week. It was his lowest fantasy production since back in Week 4 when he had a 4-37-0 line. It's not a great matchup for Reed as the Bears are fourth in allowing fantasy points to TEs, yet Reed again comes in as a TE1 option on our list, ranked fourth overall. Reed is a TE who has been pretty consistent this year, something that's rare for the position. Between Week 7 and Week 12, he produced at least 40 yards receiving and/or a TD in that span.

WAS TE Jordan Reed - Week 13, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs Dallas
Jordan Reed caught eight balls last week for 98 yards on nine targets. Those were his highest totals since a big Week 7 line of 11-72-2. After going three-straight games posting a TD, Reed has gone two-straight without one. Still, Reed is third on our TE this week even in a bad matchup against the Cowboys, who are fifth in allowing fantasy points to the position. Reed has been a pretty good TE play this year no matter what the matchup is.

WAS TE Jordan Reed - Week 12, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs. New York Giants
Jordan Reed continued what has been a pretty consistent season with six catches for 46 yards on eight targets last week. He didn't find the end zone, which obviously hurts most TEs fantasy point totals in the end, however, he still has four TDs in his last four games. Reed has continued to be a major part of a pretty inconsistent offense. This week, it's a nice matchup against the Giants, who are 30th in allowing fantasy points to TEs. Reed once again gets a nice TE1 ranking on our list and should continue to be in lineups.

WAS TE Jordan Reed - Week 11, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 at Carolina
Jordan Reed caught three balls for 29 yards last week, but made the most of those catches as two went for touchdowns. That gives Reed six TDs on the year with five of those coming in his last three games. While he's not piling up the yards (last two games just six catches for 47 yards total) he is a red zone target which makes him an attractive TE option in fantasy lineups. With Pierre Garcon and DeSean Jackson seemingly not involved in the passing game lately, Reed remains a top TE play coming in sixth this week on our list. It's just an average matchup as the Panthers are 15th in allowing fantasy points to TEs, but Reed is a great option.

WAS TE Jordan Reed - Week 10, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs New Orleans
Jordan Reed caught just three balls for 18 yards last week, but one was a TD catch. It was his fourth of the year and third over his last two games. As a result, Reed is among our top TE plays this week. What makes this matchup even more juicy is the Saints are 32nd in allowing fantasy points to TEs, so Reed is shaping up to be a must-play. In fact, this is the first of three pretty nice matchups for Reed in terms of facing teams who struggle to defend the TE.

WAS TE Jordan Reed - Week 9, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 at New England
After missing Weeks 5 and 6, Jordan Reed had a huge game in Week 7 with 11 catches for 72 yards and two TDs. This week, Reed comes in fifth on our TE list in an average matchup against the Patriots, who are 14th in allowing fantasy points to TEs. The improved play of QB Kirk Cousins will help and the return of DeSean Jackson should open up the field more for Reed in the middle. Washington should also be playing from behind in this game much like Week 7, which could mean another big fantasy game for owners.

WAS TE Jordan Reed - Week 4, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 vs Philadelphia

It was another nice game for Jordan Reed and his owners in Week 3, as he finished with six catches for 96 yards on nine targets. The 96 yards was a high for the season as he continues to trend upward.

This week, he has a tough matchup as the Eagles are fourth in allowing fantasy points to TEs, thanks to a strong group of LBs in their front seven. Reed has struggled against Philly over the past two seasons with a 5-38-0 line from 2013 being the best he's posted over his last four games. Despite all of that, Reed's performances this year gives him a high ranking for Week 4 as he comes in fourth among TEs. It's hard for fantasy owners to sit him at this point.

WAS TE Jordan Reed - Week 3, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 vs. New York Giants
Look who happens to be one of the more consistent TE plays so far this season - Jordan Reed. In Week 2, Reed caught six balls on six targets for 82 yards. Washington used a run-heavy approach in Week 2 against St. Louis, but Reed was still a top target for QB Kirk Cousins. This week, Reed gets the Giants on Thursday night. It's a great matchup as the Giants are just 28th in allowing fantasy points to TEs. As a result, Reed is a top-5 play at the position this week, coming in fifth on our list.

WAS TE Jordan Reed - Week 2, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 vs. St. Louis
Jordan Reed exploded back on the fantasy radar last week with a seven-catch, 63-yard performance. He also added a TD despite the loss. Reed is ranked as a low-end TE1 and put up pretty nice fantasy numbers with Kirk Cousins at QB last week. The hope is he continues, but this week is a tough matchup on paper as the Rams are sixth in allowing fantasy points to TEs. In 2014, Reed only had a line of 3-25-0 against St. Louis. Without DeSean Jackson in the lineup, it's Reed who could benefit the most in terms of increased targets.
