GB RB Eddie Lacy - Week 13, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 at Detroit
After failing to reach 100 yards in the first two-plus months of this season, Lacy has done so in back-to-back weeks, including 105 yards on 17 carries last week. He also had four catches for 34 yards and a touchdown, making it his best game of the season. The Lions limited the Lacy-less Packers to 42 rushing yards by its running backs a few weeks ago and hasn't allowed an opposing teams backs to gain 100 yards on the ground over the past month. Lacy looks like he's back, but probably shouldn't be used as more than a No. 2 back in a tough matchup.

GB RB Eddie Lacy - Week 12, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs. Chicago
Lacy finally looked healthy last week and despite not starting, had his first 100-yard game on 22 carries. Both were season highs and he should reclaim the starting role for Thursday night's game. Lacy had an 18-85-1 line on opening day against the Bears. Chicago, however, has been solid in points allowed to opposing running backs, ranking 12th in the league and Lacy's TD is just one of three they have given up to running backs this season. He'll also still be splitting carries with James Starks. Don't start Lacy as anything more than a No. 2 back.

GB RB Eddie Lacy - Week 11, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 at Minnesota
Lacy is probable to play this week against the Vikings, but will still be second string behind James Starks. That means he's looking at 5-10 touches unless he really lights it up. And that hasn't happened yet this season.

GB RB Eddie Lacy - Week 10, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs. Detroit
Lacy is dealing with a groin injury that knocked him out of last week's game at Carolina and also led to a demotion on the depth chart. Lacy had five carries for 10 yards before the injury last week and has topped 46 yards just twice this season. He not only can't stay healthy, but it's also caused him to be out of shape. Perhaps some time off will help. Keep an eye on his status this week. If he plays, he'll get some carries, much like James Starks did to him for the past two seasons.

GB RB Eddie Lacy - Week 9, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 at Carolina
The lost season of Lacy continues as he had just 38 yards on 11 carries last week at Denver. He did salvage things with a touchdown, his second of the season, but the frustration of Lacy owners continues. Lacy has had just two games with more than 46 rushing yards this season and continues to split carries with James Starks. Carolina's run defense is 22nd in points allowed to running backs, but if Lacy is only going to get 10-15 touches, there are better options out there.

GB RB Eddie Lacy - Week 8, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 at Denver
If you were going to put together a fantasy disappointment list, Lacy would be right there at the top, punctuated by his four-carry, yard-yard performance prior to the bye week. He's been banged up, but he's also been giving way to backup James Starks, which isn't a good situation. Mike McCarthy said he will continue to ride the hot hand, but Lacy should be a lot closer to healthy coming off the bye. Denver's run defense isn't nearly as tough as its pass defense, so look for both backs to get plenty of carries. Lacy should be given more, however, and produce at least enough to be a No. 2 back this week.

GB RB Eddie Lacy - Week 6, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 vs. San Diego
Lacy hasn't been great this season, certainly not worth the first-round draft pick his owners spent on him. Last week, he managed just 27 yards on 13 carries, his lowest output of the season in a game in which he wasn't injured. But fear not, the Chargers defense is 30th in the league against opposing running backs. They've given up 100 yards rushing to Adrian Peterson, Le'Veon Bell and Giovani Bernard. There's no reason to think Lacy won't be the fourth 100-yard back they have allowed.

GB RB Eddie Lacy - Week 5, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 vs. St. Louis
Lacy didn't score last week, but did have 90 rushing yards on 18 carries, adding one catch for three yards. Lacy has been bottled up a bit at home this season - and got hurt in one game - but the Rams rush defense is a poor 28th in the NFL against opposing running backs. The Packers figure to use Lacy to slow the St. Louis pass rush. He should be a fine start this week.

GB RB Eddie Lacy - Week 4, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 at San Francisco
Lacy made it through last week and had 10 carries for 46 yards, adding three catches for another 41 yards. He's probable to play this week and could be primed for a big game against the 49ers, who have allowed five rushing touchdowns in the past two weeks after slamming the door on Adrian Peterson in Week 1. The past two games were on the road, but the 49ers have been exposed the past two weeks. Lacy should be a strong start this week.

GB RB Eddie Lacy - Week 3, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 vs Kansas City
Lacy saw just three carries last week before leaving with an ankle injury. He's been receiving treatment this week, but we won't know his status for this one, perhaps right up until game time. That makes it tricky since the Packers play Monday night. If you have James Starks, you can afford to play the waiting game. If not, you might have to go with another, safer option. The matchup isn't a great one, anyway, with Kansas City having allowed just 152 rushing yards to running backs on 41 carries in its first two games.
