BUF WR Cole Beasley - Week 3 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 vs. Washington
Cole Beasley was targeted 13 times in the opener but that fell to four in Week 2. For the season, he has nine receptions for 96 yards and zero touchdowns. So, even though QB Josh Allen has been looking Beasley's way, the production hasn't been there.

Beasley will have a tough matchup against Washington. Buffalo has spread the ball around so this takes away from some of the receivers' value and for Week 3 and playing a very good defense, keep Beasley on the bench.

BUF WR Cole Beasley - Week 16 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 at New England
Cole Beasley has had double-digit targets in four of the last five games. This week's 10 targets produced eight catches for 112 yards. That makes three 100-yard receiving yard games in the last five weeks. Beasley has been very good for the most part although there are still stinkers every once in a while.

Next up is the Patriots who are ranked 2nd in aFPA to wide receivers. In the first meeting this season, Beasley had two catches for 24 yards.

The tough matchup dictates Beasley to be a WR3 or flex for Week 16. Buffalo is playing really well but still hasn't quite solved the Patriots just yet and New England's defense should still give the Bills some issues.

BUF WR Cole Beasley - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 at Denver
Cole Beasley had five receptions for 41 yards last Sunday, after putting up 130 receiving yards the week before. The targets were there as he now has double-digit targets in three of the last four games.

It will be a tough matchup for Beasley against Denver who is ranked first in aFPA to wide receivers. However, Beasley is getting plenty of looks in the slot no matter who the opponent is.

Start Beasley as a low-end WR3 or flex in PPR leagues. He continues to get the targets and the catches follow. However, sit him in standard leagues for Week 15.

BUF WR Cole Beasley - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 vs. Pittsburgh
Cole Beasley had double-digit targets for the second time in the last three weeks. The amazing part is he still is not even the most targetted receiver, so QB Josh Allen really likes Beasley and Stefon Diggs as his primary targets in the passing game. Beasley also had a season-high 130 yards and his fourth touchdown reception.

Beasley faces Pittsburgh on Sunday night. The Steelers are 15th in aFPA to wide receivers. There should be some opportunities, but the downside of Beasley has been consistency. One game can be like last week and the next he disappears.

For that reason, we recommend Beasley should remain on the bench for standard leagues in Week 14, but can be used as a WR3 or flex in PPR leagues.

BUF WR Cole Beasley - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. San Francisco
it's hot and cold with Cole Beasley. After double-digit targets two weeks ago, Beasley had only four last Sunday which produced 2 catches for 25 yards. The Bills passing game has been good for the most part but last week was the exception and that was reflected in fantasy numbers.

Beasley will face the 49ers who are ranked 14th in aFPA to wide receivers. It's almost like he is alternating good games with bad games so if that's the case, his numbers should be acceptable for Week 13.

Start Beasley as a WR3 and flex against San Fran. He should have good enough numbers to give your team value.

BUF WR Cole Beasley - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs. Los Angeles Chargers
Cole Beasley had one of his best games of the year against the Cardinals before the bye week. He recorded season-highs in targets and receptions and also had his third 100+ receiving yard game of the season. Add his third touchdown of the season and Beasley ended up one of the best fantasy receivers of the week.

Beasley will face the Chargers who are 12th in aFPA to wide receivers. He has solidified himself as the No. 2 target in the Bills passing game and that has elevated his fantasy value in recent weeks.

Start Beasley in PPR formats as a high-end WR3 for Week 12, but keep him on the bench in standard leagues. His catches have been there all season even if the receiving yards and touchdowns don't always show up.

BUF WR Cole Beasley - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Patriots
Cole Beasley led all Buffalo receivers with 12 targets that produced 11 receptions for 112 yards. When he is the No. 2 receiver on this team, he does bring some value to the table. However, when John Brown returns, Beasley falls to No. 3. We have expected Brown to come back for a couple of weeks, but until we see him active, we will keep Beasley right behind Stefon Diggs.

The Bills face the Patriots who are 16th in aFPA to wide receivers. Buffalo's passing game has been very good even with a couple of hiccups along the way.

Beasley probably should sit for Week 8. John Brown could return and then that decision is a no-brainer. If Brown doesn't play, Beasley is still on the outside looking in.

BUF WR Cole Beasley - Week 5 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 at Tennessee
Cole Beasley is actually the second most targetted Buffalo player in the passing and although he did have his lowest numbers of the year with three receptions for 32 yards, he did score his first touchdown of the season. Beasley has averaged 4.5 catches per game so he should be in the fantasy conversation with the way the Buffalo passing game has evolved.

Beasley will have a decent matchup against Tennessee, but the game has already been moved to Tuesday and could be in jeopardy if the Titans have any more COVID-19 cases. Keep him on the bench for Week 5 and watch the game situation closely if you are considering playing him.

Friday, October 9, 2020 - 10:38am
BUF WR Cole Beasley - Week 17 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 17 vs New York Jets
Cole Beasley had one of his best performances of the 2019 last week with seven receptions for 107 yards. It was his second 100+ receiving yard performance of the season.

Beasley will face the Jets who are ranked 28th in aFPA to wide receivers. Buffalo is expected to rest their starters as they are locked into the No. 5 seed in the AFC. So, Beasley will not receive a full share of snaps this week. Keep him on the bench for Week 17 as he will be rested for next week's playoff game.

Friday, December 27, 2019 - 5:41pm
BUF WR Cole Beasley - Week 16 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 at New England
Cole Beasley had a tough game last week with some drops and only one reception for six yards. He had a good run late in the season, but in the last two games he has been ineffective.

With a tough matchup against New England who is ranked 1st in aFPA to wide receivers, Beasley will probably be quiet again. Keep him on the bench for Week 16.
