Scouting report

GB TE Richard Rodgers - Week 15, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 at Oakland
Rodgers got just two targets last week with Mike McCarthy calling the plays. He did make his one catch count, scoring a 3-yard TD, but it is troubling. Oakland's defense, however, has allowed 11 tight end touchdowns this season and Rodgers has been solid in the red zone. He's worth a roll of the dice this week with a solid matchup.

GB TE Richard Rodgers - Week 14, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 vs. Dallas
Rodgers set career highs across the board last week with eight catches for 146 yards and a touchdown, the game-winning Hail Mary at the end of the game. He and Aaron Rodgers really seem to be forming a bond and the star QB is looking for his tight end more and more. But Dallas ranks 6th in the league in tight end points allowed. Rodgers should be OK, but there are better tight end options.

GB TE Richard Rodgers - Week 13, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 at Detroit
Rodgers had four catches for 30 yards last week, which is pretty typical for him. He's a player who is very reliant on scoring touchdowns to have any value. He did score a few weeks ago against Detroit and the Lions have allowed nine tight end scores this season, so there's a solid chance he does so again this week. But Rodgers is a very iffy prospect.

GB TE Richard Rodgers - Week 12, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs. Chicago
Rodgers entered last Sunday's game on a roll with three TDs in his previous two games and five overall, but had three catches for just seven yards last week. He's never going to be a high-volume player, but he will continue to be a scoring threat. The Bears, however, have allowed just two TE touchdowns this season, making Rodgers a risky play this week.

GB TE Richard Rodgers - Week 11, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 at Minnesota
Rodgers caught at least five passes last week for the fourth time in the past six games and also scored his fifth touchdown. But he's a low-yardage guy and much of his production is based on scoring. The Vikings have given up just four TDs to opposing tight ends this season, so it could be tough sledding for Rodgers.

GB TE Richard Rodgers - Week 10, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs. Detroit
Rodgers saw nine targets last week, though he managed just 19 yards on five catches. Two touchdown catches saved the day, but he's just not a down-field threat. Rodgers' production is largely tied to his TD catches and Detroit has given up six of those, so there's always a chance. But Rodgers isn't anything more than a bye-week fill in.

GB TE Richard Rodgers - Week 9, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 at Carolina
Green Bay's passing game struggled last week and so did Rodgers, catching two passes for 16 yards. He's been a two-to-three catch guy for much of the season, so there's no reason to think that's suddenly going to change, which leaves you hoping for the random touchdown. Carolina has allowed two scores to opposing tight ends, but has given up more than 52 yards just twice. Buyer beware.
