NYG WR Preston Parker - Week 3, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 at Washington
After dropping five passes through two weeks, Preston Parker was released from the team this week. It’s unlikely he’ll become fantasy relevant, even if he’s picked up elsewhere, and he should remain on waivers.

NYG WR Preston Parker - Week 17, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 17 – Preston Parker vs. Philadelphia
Preston Parker had three catches for 32 yards last week as he went back to his third receiver role behind Odell Beckham and Rueben Randle. Parker has put up decent numbers in the occasional outing this year, but overall he’s remained a streaky, modest producer in New York. Even with a nice matchup this week, fantasy owners should leave him on waivers.

NYG WR Preston Parker - Week 16, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 – Preston Parker vs. St. Louis
Preston Parker had one catch for 12 yards, but was actually tied for second on the team with four targets last week. He’s been jockeying for position as a starting WR in the offense with the struggling Rueben Randle, but he remains a risky fantasy option. This week, he’ll face a tough St. Louis pass defense and is unlikely to get more than the four targets he had last week. He should stay on waivers or be a bench guy in large fantasy leagues, as it seems like anyone not named Odell Beckham is having a hard time putting up numbers in New York.

NYG WR Preston Parker - Week 15, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 – Preston Parker vs. Washington
Preston Parker had five catches for 60 yards last week against the Titans. He was also targeted six times, which is twice as much as starter Rueben Randle. Expect the looks between those two players to flip-flop week-to-week, making it difficult to trust either one of them to put up consistent fantasy numbers. Despite a nice matchup, Parker is way too risky to trust during the fantasy playoffs and his only value is as a deep dynasty stash.

NYG WR Preston Parker - Week 14, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 – Preston Parker vs. Tennessee
Preston Parker had only six yards on two catches last week, but he did find the end zone. Parker will get some looks each week as the WR3 in New York, but his production isn’t likely to be consistent enough to warrant rostering him in fantasy leagues. Owners should look elsewhere.

NYG WR Preston Parker - Week 13, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 – Preston Parker vs. Jacksonville
Preston Parker had only one catch last week on three targets and wound up with 16 yards total against the Cowboys. Parker is the WR3 for the Giants and his role will likely remain as such barring injury. This limits his upside, and makes him a risky start in any week. Fantasy owners should look elsewhere.

NYG WR Preston Parker - Week 12, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 – Preston Parker vs. Dallas
Preston Parker caught only one pass last week against the 49ers, gaining nine yards. He was targeted twice and he’s still working his way into a permanent role in the Giants offense. As is often the case with the WR3 position on a team, Parker will put up nice numbers in the occasional outing, but is ultimately far too unreliable to count on for consistent fantasy production. Because of this, he’s a very risky option and should probably remain on waivers.
