Scouting report

DAL WR Noah Brown - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 vs. Detroit Lions
It'll be interesting to see how Noah Brown does with the return of Prescott. He flashed his ability here and there with Rush while Gallup was recovering from his injury.

With Prescott back Dallas could use more three wide receiver sets. After a down week 6, I am probably leaving Brown on my bench until I see how this new look Dallas offense operates. If you are desperate or in deep leagues, this is a solid matchup and I would be okay plugging Brown in.

DAL WR Noah Brown - Week 5 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 at Los Angeles Rams
While the receptions were on the low end, Noah Brown still managed to put up a respectable 61 yards. This happened even with Michael Gallup returning to the lineup. Even if Gallup's playing time and production ramps up, there is no denying what Brown is capable of.

While I don't think he necessarily belongs in fantasy lineups, he is a great depth piece to have in case of injuries or bye weeks. With limited opportunities, for Brown to hit, he needs to score. It's a gamble, but there are worse options.

DAL WR Noah Brown - Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 vs. Washington Commanders
The second favorite receiver last week, Noah Brown recorded five catches for 54 yards. While I am expecting Lamb to eat against Washington this week, there should be plenty of opportunities for Brown to succeed. In fact, Lamb will draw the top coverage much like A.J. Brown last week which freed up DeVonta Smith who had a career day.

I am not saying Brown is putting up those type of numbers, however, I would be okay starting him in my flex this week if I needed to. I expect him to put up similar numbers as this past week but with the hope of finding the end zone.

DAL WR Noah Brown - Week 3 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 at New York Giants
Leading Dallas in receiving last week, Noah Brown made a lot of fantasy benches proud. Logging 91 yards and a touchdown on five receptions, Brown was surprisingly a favorite target for Rush.

Even with a couple solid games in a row for Brown and a connection with Rush, it would be hard to start him unless you are in super deep leagues or need to fill in for injuries. There is a chance Gallup comes back and that could eat into Brown's playing time and production. Let's be patient with Brown and see how it plays out.

DAL WR Noah Brown - Week 2 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 vs. Cincinnati Bengals
Last week's leading receiver for Dallas, Noah Brown was a hot waiver wire pick up. Unfortunately, who knows how that will play out with Rush leading the offense in Prescott's absence. Putting up 68 yards on five receptions, Brown may have solidified himself as the WR2 behind Lamb.

Sadly for those savvy enough to roster Brown, the time is not yet. I don't think we can start Brown until he can prove that he can produce consistently without Prescott. For now, Brown is nothing more than a nice depth piece.

DAL WR Noah Brown - Week 1 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 1 vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Flashing some ability last season when on the field, there has been some talk saying Noah Brown is in fact the WR2 for Dallas. However, I'm not rushing to plug him into my lineup just yet. Similarly to Jalen Tolbert, I want to wait and see how this Dallas offense looks and which wide receivers are being used. In deep leagues or in desperation plays, Brown could be a decent flier to throw into your lineup in the hopes he can score a touchdown.

DAL WR Noah Brown - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 at New Orleans Saints

Injuries have catapulted Noah Brown into fantasy relevance. Having Dak Prescott slinging the football to you also helps. Amari Cooper (COVID-19) and Cedrick Wilson (ankle) are not expected to play Week 13, meaning Brown will play in three-receiver sets for Dallas against a porous Saints secondary. Brown saw nine targets in Week 12 and while that may be a tougher number to replicate this week, a handful of targets is a safe expectation. Brown is a flex consideration Week 13.
