Scouting report

SEA WR Kenneth Walker - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Cleveland Browns

Zach Charbonnet looks like he’ll return to action this week but Kenneth Walker just has so much control of this backfield. Last week, it was 26 carries for 105 yards though he did end his touchdown streak at four games. He does face a tough matchup this week. Cleveland has been terrific on defense this season. Even with that, Walker sees too much volume to be scared away at this point.

SEA RB Ken Walker - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 vs. Arizona Cardinals

Four straight games with a touchdown for Kenneth Walker and he's facing a bottom-ten rushing defense in Arizona this week. At this point, Walker is almost a must-start every week and definitely so in a week where six teams are on a bye. He's a key part of the Seattle offense and riding quite the wave at the moment, so jump on the train now if you haven't already.

SEA RB Kenneth Walker - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 at Cincinnati Bengals

Three straight games with a touchdown — five total touchdowns in that span — has solidified Kenneth Walker in the Seattle backfield, as if that wasn’t obvious already. He’s coming off a bye and is ready to roll again this week against the Bengals. He’s a good bet to find the end zone yet again so roll the hot hand while the getting is good.

SEA RB Ken Walker - Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 at New York Giants

Kenneth Walker continues to dominate the Seattle backfield, seeing 18 carries for 97 yards and notching his second straight game with two touchdown rushes. Walker also had 59 receiving yards. He now gets a Giants defense that has allowed four rushing touchdowns through three games, so Walker has to be feeling great about this matchup and so should you. Get him in your lineup this week.

SEA RB Ken Walker - Week 3 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 vs. Carolina Panthers

The yardage may not have been there last week but the scores certainly were. Two touchdowns last week for Kenneth Walker and seven red-zone carries reiterate the fact that he is the man in the Seattle backfield. The yardage will come and the scoring should continue as long as Walker keeps getting the volume that he does. He's a good RB2 this week against a good Panthers defense.

SEA RB Kenneth Walker - Week 2 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 at Detroit Lions

With one game in the sample size, Kenneth Walker is still the man in the Seattle backfield. He has 16 touches to the 3 that Zach Charbonnet received. He gets the Lions this week who held Kansas City’s running game in check last week (90 total yards, 45 coming from Patrick Mahomes). It’s an interesting matchup but Seattle wants to feed Walker it looks like, so he’s still worth a lineup spot based on the opportunities he’ll continue to get.

SEA RB Ken Walker - Week 1 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 1 vs. Los Angeles Rams

Kenneth Walker is dealing with a groin injury so he may not be 100% for Week 1. If he is good to go, he should do well against a Rams defense that, while still having Aaron Donald, is very questionable elsewhere. Seattle also still wants to establish the run. Keep an eye on how the Seahawks use Walker and rookie Zach Charbonnet and see if Seattle starts to move toward a committee in the backfield. For now, Walker is the choice in Seattle. Consider him a solid RB2 but keep an eye on the injury report this weekend.
