Week 13 at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Juwan Johnson is dealing with a knee injury, which limited him last week against the 49ers. Keep an eye on his status this weekend, especially with the Saints playing on Monday. He did have one of his better games in their first meeting against the Buccaneers in Week 2, catching four passes for 40 yards.

Week 12 at San Francisco 49ers

Juwan Johnson has now become a legit threat in the Saints' offense. Three straight games with a touchdown and five in the last five weeks. When the Saints get into the red zone, Andy Dalton is looking for Johnson. With the landscape of the tight end position in fantasy this season, Johnson has now worked his way into low-end TE1 status, even this week in a difficult matchup against the 49ers.

Maybe Juwan Johnson is starting to become more utilized in the Saints offense. He tied a season-high with seven targets last week and scored his fourth touchdown in the last four games. The threat of Taysom Hill still remains, but Johnson has worked his way up to a decent TE2 for fantasy purposes but still a little touchdown-dependent.

Juwan Johnson scored a touchdown against the Ravens, giving him three touchdowns in the past three weeks. But he also only had two targets against the Ravens, so you're basically banking on Johnson scoring a touchdown if you're playing him and the Steelers have been decent against opposing tight ends. Johnson is limited to deeper leagues.

Juwan Johnson found the end zone twice last week against the Cardinals and had five catches in a game for the first time this season. He's getting used more for the Saints, but Taysom Hill is still around and Adam Trautman sneaks in and out of the lineup. Johnson isn't trustworthy yet in fantasy, but the arrow is pointing up for him.

Week 7 at Arizona Cardinals

Juwan Johnson is coming off one of his best games of the season with 41 yards on four catches. But he still hasn't found the end zone in six games and is far down the pecking order for the Saints. Until we see that Johnson can be a more effective weapon in the offense, he's not worth starting on a short week, even in what is a good tight end matchup against Arizona.
