Scouting report

TEN WR Justin Hunter - Week 12, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Justin Hunter Week 12 vs. Eagles
Justin Hunter had two receptions for 48 yards last week against the Steelers but is dealing with a knee injury. He's only had one game this season with more than three receptions, so you're counting on big yardage out of him. The Eagles will give some of that up. Hunter is a roll of the dice as a flex play this week unless you're feeling really lucky.

TEN WR Justin Hunter - Week 11, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Justin Hunter Week 11 vs. Steelers
Justin Hunter has plenty of big-play ability, but little in the way of quarterback play with which to take advantage of it. Last week, he managed just one reception for 17 yards against a secondary that had been repeatedly burned the previous week in Pittsburgh. Hunter has five receptions for 51 yards and a touchdown in two weeks with Zach Mettenberger at QB. That's not good enough to justify putting him in your lineup.

TEN WR Justin Hunter - Week 10, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Justin Hunter Week 10 vs. Ravens
Though he only had four receptions for 31 yards against Houston two weeks ago, Justin Hunter did score for the second time in four weeks. He was also targeted 10 times in that game by rookie QB Zach Mettenberger. Baltimore is all kinds of banged up at the cornerback position, so if Tennessee's line can provide some time, Hunter could have a nice game.

TEN WR Justin Hunter - Week 8, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Justin Hunter Week 8 vs. Texans
The crash you heard last Sunday was Justin Hunter coming back down to earth after two productive games. He had just one catch for six yards on six targets last week. Back to the end of your roster for Mr. Hunter. Hopefully rookie Zach Mettenberg's deep ball can give Hunter a spark, but that remains to be seen.

TEN WR Justin Hunter - Week 7, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Justin Hunter Week 7 vs. Redskins
Justin Hunter has caught just three passes in each of the past two weeks with Charlie Whitehurst playing, but he's made them good for 99 and 77 yards, respectively. With Whitehurst likely playing again this week, it's worth a shot to play Hunter as a No. 3 receiver against a soft Washington secondary.

TEN WR Justin Hunter - Week 6, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Justin Hunter Week 6 vs. Jaguars
Justin Hunter finally had his breakout game of 2014, catching three passes for 99 yards and a score, a 75-yard reception from Charlie Whitehurst, who's likely to start again this week. Jacksonville's pass defense has been terrible, so go ahead and take a shot with Hunter as a No. 3 and hope he shows some consistency.

TEN WR Justin Hunter - Week 5, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Justin Hunter Week 5 vs. Browns
Justin Hunter has just nine receptions on 28 targets this season, including just one catch for 12 yards last week. Opposing teams have been picking on Cleveland rookie Justin Gilbert, but Hunter hasn't been consistent enough to consider starting at this point.
