JAX WR Donte Moncrief - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. Indianapolis Colts

Last week at Buffalo Donte Moncrief finished with only a 29-yard reception on four targets. While his lone grab came up just shy of the goal line it was the second straight week in which he registered one catch. A few weeks ago at Indy, he caught an 80-yard touchdown en route to a 98-yard game, but with Cody Kessler now the Jaguars QB, Moncrief makes for a risky start.

JAX WR Donte Moncrief - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 at Buffalo Bills

With Blake Bortles throwing for only 104 yards last week versus Pittsburgh, Donte Moncrief was targeted just twice, resulting in an 11-yard reception. He posted decent numbers in the previous three contests and has been the most consistent Jaguars WR. However, on the road against the No. 1 Buffalo pass defense will likely lead to subpar numbers again.

JAX WR Donte Moncrief - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

Aided by an 80-yard TD reception, Donte Moncrief finished with three grabs for 98 yards last week against the Colts. It was his highest yardage total and first score since the end of September. With Leonard Fournette healthy, the Jags will continue to try to move the ball on the ground but will be facing a tough Pittsburgh run defense. Moncrief should be used as a WR3/flex play on Sunday.

Week 10 at Indianapolis Colts

Two weeks ago in London, Donte Moncrief snagged four passes for 54 yards. While he didn’t score the entire month of October, Moncrief has become the Jaguars most consistent WR, recording at least 50 yards in four of the past five games. He has a favorable matchup on Sunday against the Colts No. 23 pass defense, making him a WR3/flex play.

Week 8 vs. Philadelphia Eagles

Not much went right for the Jaguars offense last Sunday versus the Texans however, Donte Moncrief posted decent numbers. On a team-high 10 targets, he caught seven passes for 76 yards, equaling his second-highest yardage total of the season. Moncrief hasn’t scored the past three weeks but has a good matchup in London vs. the Eagles No. 24 pass defense. How much faith can you have in Blake Bortles though? Consider Moncrief a WR3/flex option.

JAX WR Donte Moncrief - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 vs. Houston Texans

After leading the team in receptions the previous two weeks, Donte Moncrief was targeted only three times at Dallas last Sunday and finished without a catch. The Jaguars offense was on the field for only 21 minutes in the loss and were limited to less than 200 yards. Look for a better outing from Jacksonville at home versus the Texans this week, but Moncrief should be no more than a WR3/flex play.

JAX WR Donte Moncrief - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 at Dallas Cowboys
For the second straight game, Donte Moncrief led the Jaguars in receiving. On a team-high 15 targets at Kansas City, he caught six passes for 76 yards and has 11 receptions for 185 yards the past two weeks. After a slow start to the season, Moncrief’s 36 looks now leads Jacksonville. Leonard Fournette remains out, so expect to see another pass-happy approach from Blake Bortles and the Jags, which could lead to a solid game for Moncrief.
