Scouting report

TEN RB DeMarco Murray - Week 11, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 at Indianapolis
Murray had 17 carries for 123 yards and a score, a 10-yard passing touchdown and two receptions for 33 yards last week in a fill-up-the-box score kind of game. Now, he faces a cheesy soft Indianapolis run defense that has had trouble stopping opposing backs all season. He continues to deal with a toe injury, but it doesn't seem to be holding him back in games. Start him in all formats.

TEN RB DeMarco Murray - Week 10, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs Green Bay
The Titans were forced into pass mode early and Murray got just 14 carries last week for 51 yards and a score. He also matched his season high with seven receptions but for only 29 yards. The Packers have been tough to run against this season though they have given up three rushing touchdowns to opposing backs in the past two games. Murray is a vital enough part of the passing game that he's going to get his 20-plus touches every game. He's a must-start in all formats.

TEN RB DeMarco Murray - Week 9, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 at San Diego
Murray had 21 carries for 123 yards and a touchdown last week, despite being sidelined by a toe injury for periods of time. There was no structural damage with the toe, but expect him to be limited all week. San Diego offers a very nice matchup for Tennessee's running game, as the Chargers have given up 10 rushing touchdowns to running backs this season. Given Derrick Henry's emergence last week, expect him to sub in for Murray a little more often, but not enough to truly limit Murray as an RB No. 1.

TEN RB DeMarco Murray - Week 8, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Jacksonville
Murray had another solid game last week with 25 carries for 107 yards and a touchdown, while also providing three catches for 20 yards. He's a solid No. 1 start regardless of the matchup with that kind of workload. Jacksonville has allowed four running back TDs on the ground in the past three games, so Murray is a must-start in all formats.

TEN RB DeMarco Murray - Week 7, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 vs. Indianapolis
Murray had just 65 yards on 21 carries last week, but did score his fourth rushing TD of the season. He did fail to catch a pass for the first time this season, but he continues to get far more work than rookie Derrick Henry, who got just four touches last week. And Indianapolis provides a nice, juicy matchup. Murray should be in your lineup every week at this point, but he looks like he could be the top runner in the league this week.

TEN RB DeMarco Murray - Week 6, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 vs. Cleveland
Murray continues to handle a heavy workload well, as his 27 carries for 122 yards and five catches for 16 yards last week would suggest. Given that Cleveland has allowed a rushing touchdown in four of its five games, Murray should continue his resurgence in both fantasy football and reality. He's again one of the top plays in the league as long as his body holds up.

TEN RB DeMarco Murray - Week 5, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 at Miami
Murray had a season-high 25 carries last week and just missed a 100-yard game, gaining 95 yards and scoring twice. He also had two catches for 24 yards and has seen his touches go up each week, despite the presence of rookie Derrick Henry. The Dolphins have given up a bunch of yards to opposing running backs, including 148 and 149 on the ground to backs in Weeks 2 and 3. Murray is a top-flight start this week.
