CIN TE C.J. Uzomah - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. Denver Broncos

C.J. Uzomah tied his season-high with six receptions last Sunday, but the Bengals did lose quarterback Andy Dalton for the season. He was targeted a game-high 13 times but that number might not be the norm as No. 1 receiver A.J. Green should be returning this week.

Uzomah will face Denver who is 15th in aFPA to tight ends this season. With a backup quarterback now taking over, all of the Bengals players will take a fantasy hit. Uzomah only rates a TE2 for Week 13, so keep him on the bench.

CIN TE C.J. Uzomah - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs. Cleveland Browns

C.J. Uzomah caught three passes for 41 yards last week against the Ravens. He has had back-to-back weeks with three catches. The targets have been steady with him so the expectations have remained the same for Uzomah for most of the season.

The Browns are up next and are ranked 16th in aFPA to tight ends. We don't expect anything different this week so Uzomah remains a TE2 for Week 12 and should remain on your bench.

CIN TE C.J. Uzomah - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 at Baltimore Ravens

C.J. Uzomah has not been much of a factor lately. Last week, he was targeted four times and had three catches for 23 yards. This is after he was not targeted in the Bengals last game. The Bengals offense has struggled and it won't get any easier this week.

The Ravens are 15th in aFPA to tight ends so this is actually one of the better matchups for Cincy this week. However, don't expect too much from Uzomah. He ranks a low-end TE2 for Week 11 and should remain on your bench.

CIN TE C.J. Uzomah - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs. New Orleans Saints

After 15 targets in a two-week span, C.J. Uzomah has two over the past two games, including zero last week. Maybe that will change with AJ Green out and QB Andy Dalton needing to find some new weapons.

Uzomah will face a Saints defense that is ranked third in aFPA to tight ends. However, the recent lack of involvement keeps him from being ranked high despite the good matchup. Keep Uzomah on the bench as a solid TE2.

CIN TE C.J. Uzomah - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

C.J. Uzomah had a tough Week 7 with only two catches for 13 yards but it was salvaged with his second touchdown of the season. He was only targeted two times. It should be a good week for the Bengals and Uzomah has a great matchup against a Tampa defense that is ranked 31st in aFPA to tight ends.

Even with the good matchup, Uzomah remains a TE2 for Week 8. His targets have been very inconsistent since Tyler Eifert was lost for the season.

CIN TE C.J. Uzomah - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 at Kansas City Chiefs

C.J. Uzomah had a season-high seven targets last Sunday and it produced a season-high six receptions for 54 yards. QB Andy Dalton used injured tight end Tyler Eifert a lot in the Bengals offense and although Uzomah is not at the same level as Eifert, Dalton still sees him as a viable option.

Uzomah will face the Chiefs who are 30th in aFPA to tight ends this season. With the great matchup, Uzomah rates a high-end TE2 and even a starter if the bye weeks are taking your tight end out of the lineup for Week 7.

CIN TE C.J. Uzomah - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
In his first game as the starter, C. J. Uzomah had two catches for 43 yards. It was the only two times he was targeted.

The Bengals will face the Steelers who are 27th in aFPA to tight ends and that means a favorable matchup for Uzomah. We don't expect him to receive the targets or receptions that Tyler Eifert was getting, but he is a decent TE2 for Week 6 and is good to have as tight end depth on your roster.
