That's a really tough one. On the one hand, it's LeVeon Bell. On the other hand, he's holding out, unhappy, has a shelf life, Cook has the potential to be a legit RB1, and the 2nd pick in the draft should get you another RB, which you could use. I might be tempted to go ahead and pull the trigger on that deal. The #1 pick would be better, but #2 is great too.

It looks to me like Tennessee is committed to having someone compete with Henry for touches. Evans should be the main guy in Tampa, if they can get something going at the QB position. While Henry certainly has some things going for him, his shelf life, Evans' ceiling, and the Titans' seeming reluctance to make him a 20+ carry guy make me side with Evans.
